Terms of Service
Effective 6 October 2026 · Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply to this website and to MIT Studio Atelier ("Atelier"), the internal publishing tool of MIT Studio, which is run by Mert Topçu, an individual based in Türkiye ("we", "us").
01YouTube Terms of Service
Atelier uses YouTube API Services. By using Atelier, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy and in the Google Privacy Policy.
02What Atelier is and who may use it
Atelier is a private tool. It is used only by the studio owner to publish MIT Studio's own original films to MIT Studio's own YouTube channels, to maintain those channels and to read their statistics. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else and has no public sign-in. Nobody other than the studio owner, or a person the owner expressly authorizes (for example a YouTube API Services reviewer), may use it.
03Uploads
Atelier uploads a video only after the owner has approved it, its title, description and thumbnail, and chooses whether it is published, scheduled, private or unlisted. Before each upload Atelier shows this notice:
"By clicking 'upload,' you certify that the content you are uploading complies with the YouTube Terms of Service (including the YouTube Community Guidelines) at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Please be sure not to violate others' copyright or privacy rights."
The user of Atelier is responsible for making sure that everything uploaded is their own work or properly licensed, follows the YouTube Community Guidelines, carries the correct "made for kids" and altered or synthetic content declarations, and respects the rights of others.
04This website
This website presents MIT Studio and its film imprints. You may view it and link to it. The MIT Studio name, the M!7 signature, and the studio's films, artwork and texts belong to MIT Studio and may not be reused without permission, except as the law allows.
YouTube and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC; MIT Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. MIT Studio is not affiliated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
05Links
This website links to YouTube and other sites we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
06No warranty, limitation of liability
The website and Atelier are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07Changes and termination
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. We may stop operating Atelier at any time; if we do, all data obtained through YouTube API Services is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
